Pre-order items are sourced after you commit. Here is how the process works step by step:
- Browse the catalog and find an item marked Pre-order.
- Tap “Reserve on WhatsApp” — a pre-filled message opens with the item title, price, and advance amount.
- Send the message. We confirm availability and reply with Interac e-Transfer details for the advance payment.
- Pay the advance via Interac e-Transfer to confirm your reservation.
- Your item will arrive within the lead time shown on the product page (typically around 21 days).
- We will contact you on WhatsApp to arrange pickup. The remaining balance is paid at pickup.
